All Event Fees must be paid not less than ten (10) working days prior to occupancy. Fees include facility rental, estimated equipment and labor charges and any other charges anticipated in connection with the event. Actual charges for equipment rental, labor fees and other applicable fees will be reconciled with the pre-event estimate and the difference collected on the last day of the event. Any overpayment will be refunded with the security deposit, after all necessary deductions.
