Local Musicians on tap for a fun time at the 2019 Ventura County Fair
When you come to the Fair be prepared to rock and roll to the sounds of Ventura County’s home grown musicians. The Ventura County Fair features music of all varieties and musicians from all over Ventura County. Whether your style is hard rock, hip-hop or rhythm & blues you will find a Ventura County band at the Fair who will play it like you never heard it before!

Main Street Jazz, Ventura is a seven piece group that has been playing Ventura County venues since 1995. They play traditional Dixieland style music in the key of Ragtime. This excellent group of musicians provide an energetic interpretation of contemporary standards in a Dixie style that will make you want to get up and dance, tap your feet or sing along.
The Unforgettables Big Band, Thousand Oaks for over 30 years this 17 piece big band features a male vocal and plays lively music and stellar vocal arrangements of songs by the biggest names in music from the 1930’s to the present day.
Fat Daddy Special, Thousand Oaks write and play the coolest rocking blues tunes as we can. There is much in our backgrounds but the story of this band is still being written.
KNS Rock Star is one of the most inspiring Indie groups in the music industry today. Oxnard’s Kns Rockstar are the owners of the We Busy Stop Tha Bullying and Conquer Your Dreams Tour, a youth program that keeps kids busy conquering dreams rather than bullying.
Zepp Heads, Ventura Formed out of the pure love of playing Zeppelin music, this band is comprised of professional musicians who just love to play the Zeppelin catalog of music. You can feel their energy and passion in every song.
Crooked Eye Tommy, Oak View Playing deep seeded blues and Southern Rock with catchy and inventive songwriting, powerful soulful voices and BIG BIG guitar work. Crooked Eye Tommy Is an Authentic Blues and Southern Style Jam Band and 5 time Ventura County Music Award Winner.
MisUnderstood, Ventura Definitely not your typical female-fronted classic rock cover band. a blend of your favorite rock, modern country, funk, and pop classics from the 70’s to today. We like to have fun and our enthusiasm is contagious! Our energy gets everyone out on the dance floor!
The Rockin’ Henrys is a band from Ventura, playing Rockabilly, Western Rockabilly, and Americana featuring members of the talented Henry family.
Doc Rogers Band, Thousand Oaks is a Ventura County music mainstay, playing original and cover music with a unique live vibe. Stray Cat Strut, Mustang Sally, Free Fallin’ and Twist & Shout are some of the various songs that will rock your night at the Fair.
Shaky Feelin, Ventura is home to this powerhouse of a quintet, noticeable for their groove-based double drum sound and shredding guitar solos. A high energy jam band mixing the elements of rock, reggae, bluegrass and funk to create one of the most memorable live shows you’ll ever see! This is positive high-energy music that quickly gets people to their feet, and leaves everyone filled with music, joy, and that… Shaky Feelin’!
Hard Six, Ventura The members of Hard Six are life-long fans of Rockabilly, Rhythm & Blues, Hillbilly, 80’s Psychobilly, Exotica and punk rock. They combine it all, resulting in a potent drink which is a dark greenish brown in color. Hard Six is SUPER TIGHT punkabilly.
Operation 90’s, of Thousand Oaksis a 90’s Nostalgia Party! Their mission is to re-live the good times (at least for a couple hours) when MTV still played music!
Counting Crows, Matchbox 20, Ricky Martin, Montell Jordan, Green Day, Cake, Hootie, Sugar Ray, Smash Mouth, Dave Mathews Band, The Rembrants, Nirvana …. ya getting the idea here? Dance the night away and sing along!

Johnny and the Love Handles, Santa Paula Is a seasoned classic blues/rock and latin based rock band whose 5 members first developed their musical roots and forged life-long friendships while playing in various Ventura County bands during the late 60’s and early 70’s
Eleven Point Two, Moorpark Comprised of musical brothers, Taylor Siegel (Piano/Vocals) and Jon Siegel (Drums), the dynamic duo has developed their own take on an Alt-Rock sound that is very eclectic.
