Meeting dates and times:

Operations/Resource Develop Committee usually meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Marketing/Programming Committee usually meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 9.45 am.

Livestock & Equestrian Committee usually meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. (alternating months)

Finance Committee usually meets one hour before the Board of Directors meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

Executive Committee meets on an as needed basis. Usually scheduled a minimum of 10 days in advance of the meeting date in accordance with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Laws.

Board of Directors meeting is usually on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
