  Meeting dates and times
Marketing/Programming Committee usually meets on the first Thursday of each month at 8:30 a.m.

Operations/Resource Development Committee usually meets on the first Thursday of each month at 9:30 am.

Livestock & Equestrian Committee usually meets on the first Thursday of each month 4:00 p.m. (alternating months)

Finance/Budget Committee usually meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 11:00 a.m.

Executive Committee meets on an as needed basis. Usually scheduled a minimum of 10 days in advance of the meeting date in accordance with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Laws.

Board of Directors meeting is usually on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
