Metrolink Train Schedule
The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) has once again chartered Metrolink trains for special service between Chatsworth and Ventura on Saturdays August 5 and 12 and Sundays August 6 and 13.
Beginning Monday, July 24, you can buy your special Metrolink fair-train tickets in advance, Monday through Friday, at Simi Valley, Moorpark and Camarillo city halls or the Chatsworth station Whistlestop Cafe in advance. Tickets may also be purchased from special sellers at the train stations on the day of travel.
Metrolink monthly-pass holders’ tickets will also be accepted. Regular Metrolink one-way, four-trip, roundtrip, and 10-trip tickets are not valid on the fair trains. Children ages five and younger ride FREE on the Metrolink train to the fairgrounds.
The Ventura County Fair opens at 10:00 a.m. on weekends; all fair exhibits close at 10:00 p.m.

Please remember that this schedule is subject to change, and that you should arrive at the departure station at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Train departure times marked with a "*" may depart up to 10 minutes ahead of scheduled times. Eastbound train departure times marked with a "+" denote unloading only; passengers will not be allowed to board at these stations and times. Every effort will be made to keep this schedule updated and current, but we recommend re-confirming departure times when making your plans to visit the Fair. |

Tickets may be purchased on day of travel at the train stations on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are also on sale at the Whistle Stop Depot Cafe at the Chatsworth Station. The fares quoted are subject to change.
Free parking is available at all train stations except Ventura. All stations are wheelchair accessible.
