Space Fees
THE FAIR DATES:
August 1 – August 12, 2007
Thank you for your interest in participating
in the Ventura County Fair as a concessionaire. The
2007 Fair dates are August 1 – August
12, 2007. Enclosed you will find
an Application, a Fee Schedule and a brief
overview of our Selection Criteria. The
deadline for accepting applications is
May 1, 2007, no exceptions. Your
application must be postmarked by that
date in order to be considered for the
2007 Fair. The Fair is not responsible
for undelivered or misdirected mail.
Due to the heavy volume of applications
received by the Concessions Department, it
is not possible to speak with each of you
regarding your application. Should
we require additional information or a
demonstration of your product or service,
we will contact you to set up an appointment.
Please be aware that this application
is your presentation to the Fair, therefore
it is imperative that it be filled out
completely and all supporting information
be attached. Applications received
without a photograph of your concession will
not be considered for space. All
photos become the property of the Fair.
All applicants will be notified by June
25, 2007 as to acceptance. For those
not notified, it is likely you are on our
waiting list for cancellations and will
be notified if a space becomes available.

PRIME
SPOTS WILL BE PRICED BY SIZE AND LOCATION
Since we have only one building that can
be used for Concession space, the number
of indoor locations is extremely limited.
Please add $50 per 10' x 10' space to Non-Food
Concession spaces, this is a special charge
for indoor space.
ALL SPACE ASSIGNMENTS ARE AT THE DISCRETION
OF FAIR MANAGEMENT
